A Net Zero Energy home produces as much energy as it consumes on a yearly basis. It is connected to the electricity grid but taken over a year, the energy supplied to the grid by this home balances the energy drawn from the grid, thus achieving net- zero annual energy consumption.

The new space addresses all needs for a workshop, office and storage for our custom home building company. The traditional style construction with timber accents matches the existing smaller home perfectly.

The shop features a bright open space with 15 ft. ceilings equipped for timber work and offering extensive storage.

The office is practical and attractive with textured feature walls, custom made board room table and barn doors, and custom oak cabinetry.

Multiple storage bays are also adjoining the building.
